A series of photos taken during my travels in South East Asia. I absolutly loved the kids, whereever we went. Life is hard for people in rural areas, everyday life is often about surival. Schools are far, and children help a lot in the agricultural work and household. Sadly, climate change will further put pressure on the poor rural areas around the world. 
Here is a series of portraits of children from the lao mountains, the vietnamese forests & indian river delta. I often wonder what became of all these faces i saw.
